- Choose a property: You can choose any property that is listed on the Property X platform. The properties on the platform are all vetted by Property X to ensure that they are good investments.
- Buy a square meter: You can buy one or more square meters of the property, depending on your budget. There is no minimum purchase amount.
- Continue buying square meters: Continue buying square meters of the property until you have purchased the entire property. You can buy square meters at any time and in any amount.
- Take ownership of the property: Once you have purchased the entire property, you will become the owner of the property. Property X will transfer the title of the property to you.
What are the benefits of buying property with Property X?
- No deposits required: You do not need to pay a large down payment to buy property with Property X.
- No prescribed monthly installments: You can decide how much you will pay for your property and when. You can make small payments over time or make large payments if you have the money available.
- No credit checks: Your credit score will not affect your ability to buy property with Property X.
- Flexibility: You can buy property at your own pace and on your own terms. You can buy square meters when you have the money to spare and stop buying square meters if you need to.
